Please see this post at the MOD-t Google group for more information on this type of jam. If no filament comes out when you try to print and/or you are unable to unload filament, this gcode will not help and will just make matters worse. There is a completely different issue where filament gets jammed at the top of the MOD-t hotend within the print head. This type of blockage is usually caused by dust/debris getting in to the hotend and restricting flow. Note: This gcode is only useful if there is a blockage in the nozzle itself, that is, the brass tip where the filament comes out. Finally the print head will move back down and the MOD-t will go back to idle. Then the extrunder will try to push some filament through, which should be enough to clear most jams. The move is just there to indicate that it's gotten to temp. The MOD-t will do it's little calibration dance and then the nozzle will start to heat to 230✬ (actually it will try, but because the MOD-t is firmware limited to a max temp of 220✬, it will never get there) and then the print head will move up. Just connect your MOD-t to your computer with the USB, launch the MOD-t print tool app and seelect Settings>Advanced Mode>Print File. (The default name is MOD-tNM Cura Profile 151020. Once the profile has been saved to your desktop, you will be able to open it by selecting Open profile and selecting Mod T profile from your computer hard drive. Good luck jdvallar: Provided, that you didn’t confuse the 32bit and 64bit driver, I suspect, that Windows XP doesn’t accept these new Intel USB 3.0 drivers. Please report within this thread, whether they work for you or not. On Windows it should be under Program filesCura 3.x. You can download the Cura profile from the link listed below and saved to your desktop. The requested modded 32/64bit Intel USB 3.0 drivers v4.0.0.18 are attached. The file clearnozzle.gcode is intended to help clear a jammed nozzle on the MOD-t. On OSX you find the resources folder when clicking right on CURA, Show Package Contents and then navigating to Contents/Resources.
